Senior IT Support Engineer Mayo, Ireland - Hybrid €50-65K ***Stamp 4 / EU Citizens Only *** Senitor Ireland are seeking a Senior IT Support Engineer to join a global technology company in Mayo and contribute to our global technology company. As a Senior IT Support Enginee r, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to elevate our unique value proposition to customers. Your role involves providing hands-on technical support to internal business teams and the broader community. Technical Requirements: 3+ years IT related experience. Degree in Computer Science or related discipline. Strong communication, analytical, and multitasking skills. Essential experience in Azure support ; GCP and/or AWS skills are advantageous. Proficiency in scripting (Bash, PowerShell, Python). Administration experience in Microsoft 365, iCloud, and/or Google Workspace. Familiarity with Remote Monitoring and Management tools. Experience in managing SaaS platform stack. Ability to work effectively in both physical and remote teams. Desire to develop technology and business skills. Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts. Focus on delivering outcomes for growth.
