Meet The Team

Tom is the Owner and Director of Senitor Associates and various other successful businesses. He started Senitor in 1999, with his partner Anna, to provide first class, reliable recruitment consultancy services to the IT & Technology industry. With the changing nature of these industries, Senitor has grown and adapted to include all facets of IT, Tech and Digital marketing recruitment and Tom has been at the forefront of our success.

His current role as Director involves managing and mentoring his employees through the business, success planning, contract negotiation and problem resolution, as well as bringing a wealth of sales, recruitment and business knowledge to the table.

When he isn't in the office, it's not unusual to find Tom on the golf course or playing tennis with his daughters. His family are also keen travellers, and regularly visit family and friends in France, Ireland and the US. He's a music fan and often goes to live performances and concerts - he once had more fun than his daughters at a Taylor Swift concert & recently went to see Coldplay twice in one week.
