Meet The Team

Ross started at Senitor as a Trainee recruitment consultant straight from University and worked his way from managing his own recruitment patch, through to head of the Contracts team, then up to his position as Director. 

He is knowledgeable both in the area of recruitment, but also the wider tech industry and is regularly the go to source of up-to-date information, statistics and insight into our specialist sectors and is often called upon by our junior consultants as a leader in his field.

During his time as a Recruiter, Ross excelled at placing contractors into role as across the UK, consistently being the highest achiever in the company year on year.

Outside of the office, Ross enjoys watching football and Rugby Union, fine dining, going to the gym and travelling - especially if he can kite surf on a sunny beach somewhere (favourites include Brazil, America & South Africa).
