Free working interview:

We appreciate that the very nature of IT is business critical and therefore highly demanding on those who work in this field. Very often, the need for a contractor is an immediate and urgent need that requires a solution the very same day. If you are unable to conduct interviews due to time constraints, we provide you with a first-class contractor on a trial basis. If you are not 100% satisfied with the contractor on the first day of employment, then the contract is terminated and you do not pay for the service. If the contractor meets your expectations in every way, as we would normally expect, the contractor continues for the agreed duration of the contract. This is a very popular method of recruiting with many of our clients who a) have limited time and resources, and b) who prefer to see a contractor ‘in working action’ before committing.
